By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 399 bad platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or products. Section 3
Account Registration
To access the betting and casino products on 399 bad, you must complete the account registration process in full and provide accurate, current, and truthful information. Username and Password

Deposits & Withdrawals
399 bad supports a range of local and international payment methods designed specifically for the convenience of players in Bangladesh. Accepted payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 399 bad does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no upper deposit limit imposed by the platform, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.
- Deposits are credited to your 399 bad account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment network. If your deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference.
- All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- 399 bad does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
- 399 bad reserves the right to request proof of deposit ownership before processing any withdrawal linked to that deposit method.
Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering regulations.
- Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 to 72 hours of request submission, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification requirements.
- Players who have active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements may not withdraw real-money balances until the wagering requirements have been met in full, unless they forfeit the bonus.
- 399 bad reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per day during periods of heightened fraud risk, with prior notification to the affected player.
Currency

Section 6
Betting & Casino Rules
All sports bets placed on 399 bad are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. The following general rules apply across all 399 bad betting products unless a specific market rule states otherwise.

- All bets are placed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Account Suspension & Closure
399 bad reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where any of the following circumstances apply:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The player is found to be under the age of 18 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.
- The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct is identified in connection with the account.
- The account is subject to a legal order, regulatory investigation, or law enforcement request.
- The player has initiated an unjustified chargeback through their payment provider.
- Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request the voluntary closure of their 399 bad account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 399 bad will process the request within 5 working days.
